After five years of being a DJ, music director, and basically any job under the sun at WZBC in Boston, MA, David moved to NYC in the summer of 2009. He went from seeing shows in the front room of Brooklyn music venue Death By Audio to working with its record label in the back room, helping local bands like Coin Under Tongue and Starring. Dan Yocom

Dan parlayed his degree in Biochemistry and Asian Traditions from Muhlenberg College (WMUH!) into radio promotion gigs for Fanatic, SPECTRE, Distiller and now Partisan Records/Knitting Factory Records/Young One Records. He originally hails from PA and doesn't remember the last time he didn't have to sneak away from CMJ to watch the Phillies play.
