David Boxenbaum is a Founder and GM/COO of A&M/Octone Records. Founded in 2000, the label is home to platinum artists: Maroon 5, Flyleaf and Hollywood Undead, as well as several developing artists. David oversees the day-to-day business of the label, including marketing, sales, distribution, international, legal, finance and business development.

David has a BA from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
