Phil Wild is a veteran Business Affairs attorney in the music business. After starting his legal career at Proskauer Rose, a major New York law firm, he went on to run the Business Affairs Department at Arista Records working with music legend Clive Davis. He left Arista in 1995 to head the Business Affairs Department at Atlantic Records. This was followed by a stint at the independent label Wind-up, home to Creed, Evanescence and Seether, among others. Since 2002, Phil has been with EMI Music North America and is currently overseeing new release Business Affairs for the Capitol, Virgin, Blue Note, Manhattan, Capitol and Astralwerks labels.
