My practice focuses on corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and venture capital) with an emphasis on companies in the entertainment/media industry. I have represented private equity funds, hedge funds and other public and private companies in a broad range of industries, including telecom, e-commerce, defense technologies, energy, toy manufacturing, regulated biologicals, insurance, financial services, outsourcing and retail.

My music industry expertise includes representing institutional and individual clients in connection with all aspects of music industry transactions, including reviewing, negotiating and drafting catalog acquisition, joint venture, music publishing, synchronization and master use agreements.

In addition, I advise clients and lecture on copyright matters, including copyright termination rights, and conduct copyright due diligence for buyers of copyrights (and related rights) and financial institutions lending against the value of these rights.
